2008 Swim Team Information and Schedule

Information The Brandywine Barracudas compete in the Country Club Swim League of Northern Delaware. Lead by coaches DJ Bachovin and Pete Murphy, the Barracudas compete against Wilmington CC, Greenville CC, Newark CC, and Delaware National CC. As of 2007, there are 48 swimmers ranging in age from 5-17 having fun while improving their swimming abilities, no matter what their skill level. Meets in the Country Club Swim League also feature a diving competition for kids 9 and older. The Barracudas swim team offers personalized diving instruction to those interested. If you're interested in having your child join the Brandywine Country club swim team, grab a swim team registration form at the pool or at the main office of Brandywine. June 4th, 5th, 6th All Age Groups - 7:00pm to 8:00pm Regular Season Practice Hours Every weekday morning Monday, June 9th through Friday July 18th. Advanced (ages 11-18) - - - - - 8:30am to 10:00am Intermediate (ages 10 and under) - - 10:00am to 11:00am Beginners (ages 6 and under) - - - 10:30am to 11:00am Swim Meet Schedule All meets begin with warm-ups at 5:00pm, with the actual competition beginning at 6:00pm.
