Minimums A constant issue with member minimums is that they create an uneven flow of revenue and expenses throughout the year: there are dead times earlier in the quarter followed by a rush of member dining towards the end of the quarter. This has made it difficult for staffing and has created service issues. The Board has decided to stagger the minimums to ensure a more constant stream of member dining activity:
Members are allowed to request a carryover of their minimum one time per year by writing to the general manager two weeks before the end of the quarter. No minimums are carried over the end from one year to the next.
